CBS Cert — quick start
Android only. This beta does not support iPhone / iOS. For invited Android testers — keep this page bookmarked with your invite email.
1. Platform
- Supported: Android phone or tablet (APK install)
- Not supported: iPhone, iPad, iOS App Store
2. Which app did I get?

3. Install (Android)
- On an Android phone/tablet, open the APK link from your invite email.
- Allow install from that source if Android asks.
- Open the app named like James Beta ….
4. Sign in
- Web+App: use the Hub login ID and temporary password from the invite. Change the password when asked. Hub URL is usually
https://portal.cbsl.co.nz. - App-only: follow the local sign-in steps in your invite (no company hub sync).
5. Issue a certificate (happy path)
- Menu → New Issue → pick a certificate type you can see.
- Fill required fields → Preview → Send (Pass when offered).
- Use Save / Send / Print on the post-issue preview if shown.
- Back after a new issue returns to New Issue; from Issued list, Back stays in Issued.
6. Do not
- Try to install on iPhone / iPad — this beta is Android only.
- Enter real customer personal data or real signatures you must keep for production.
- Share your APK link or password publicly.
